General overview
The Troll Peninsula is located at the very North of Iceland, it is one of the most interesting regions for ski touring because there is a multitude of peaks between 600 and 1200m whose names are often harder to pronounce than to ski.
The relief is extremely rich in slightly steep corridor between 30 and 35 °, sometimes steeper but also valleys and panels leaving room for skiers wishing to draw beautiful arabesques above the Fjords.
